Job Description

Our client is a prominent provider of hearing care services across Canada, dedicated to improving the lives of their clients through exceptional care and innovative solutions. Their network of clinics is part of a well-established family of brands committed to setting the standard in hearing health.Location:Terrace, British Columbia, CanadaReporting to: District Sales ManagerResponsibilities:

  • Delivering outstanding client experiences through personalized counseling, product education, and recommendations.
  • Performing comprehensive hearing loss evaluations and suggesting optimal solutions for new clients.
  • Providing ongoing care for existing clients to nurture enduring relationships.
  • Managing verbal and written communications related to client care with families, physicians, team members, and third-party payees.
  • Making a meaningful impact on clients #39; lives.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $120,000 based on full-time employment (Salary range depends on factors such as education, industry experience, clinic location, professional credentials, bilingualism, and additional certifications).
  • Monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses.
