Whether you #39;re a maintenance specialist or a hybrid expert in both electrical and mechanical systems, this role offers the chance to put your technical skills to work in a modern facility with a tight-knit, supportive team.What You #39;ll Do:

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain high-speed production and packaging equipment.
  • Perform mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and minor electrical diagnostics and repairs.
  • Read technical blueprints, equipment manuals, and schematics to ensure proper installations and maintenance.
  • Utilize fabrication tools and machinery (e.g., lathes, welding equipment, milling machines).
  • Execute PM and CM tasks through the internal maintenance management system.
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns efficiently to reduce downtime.
  • Support ongoing upgrades and improvement projects to boost reliability and safety.
  • Maintain a clean and hazard-free work area; strictly follow all safety and food-grade protocols.
What You Bring:
  • Red Seal Certification as an Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) (Required)
  • Dual ticket as a Millwright + Electrician Thats a major plus and earns premium pay.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or food production setting.
  • Confident troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Skilled in welding, machining, and fabrication.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Solid communication and problem-solving skills; able to work solo or with a team.
  • Comfortable using maintenance software, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel.
