ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Execute daily and weekly plans to meet set objectives.
  • Inventory capture of received raw materials vis a vis dailyamp; weekly need.
  • Hourly audits of finished products.
  • Enforce 100% compliance to FSIamp; HSE regulations amongst team members.
  • Ensure proper handling of products and materials
  • Maintain a neat and tidy work environment.
  • Motivate team members to meet set targets.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure satisfaction of need.
  • Resolve immediate issues with team members and escalate when necessary.
  • Assign routine tasks to team members.
  • Promptly escalate challenges capable of hindering assigned goals.
  • Ensure deadlines are met on all tasks.
  • Enforce time consciousness amongst team members.
  • Fostering a culture of Safety first, 5S, and continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to use G-Suite comfortably.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks to meet objectives within allocated timelines.
  • Strong leadership capability
  • Ability to communicate effectively in english
