Job DescriptionPassionate about everything Foodamp; Beverage and putting a smile on our guests’ faces As Banquet Server, you will have the perfect opportunity to touch the hearts of our guests by making their special occasions truly unforgettable.What you will be doing:

  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to all guests in a variety of settings, including plated and buffet banquets for breakfasts/lunch/dinner, working lunches, coffee breaks, cocktail receptions, formal evening events/galas/weddings, and off-site catering events
  • Serve all food and beverage items for assigned banquet functions
  • Explain banquet menus to guests, assisting those with special dietary needs or preferences as well as providing suitable assistance when recommending beverages
  • Have full knowledge of all beverage lists and all menu items being served
  • Clear and reset function space, as well as ensuring service areas are clean and tidy
  • Assist with function room setup and tear down as specified by meeting organizers
  • Follow all policies, procedures and service standards, including healthamp; safety and food handling procedures
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays. The schedule for this position will primarily be AM shifts.
