We enable the delivery of the best content from Crave, TSN/RDS, iHeart Radio and dozens of other leading media properties to our customers any time, on any device.About the roleAre you a passionate and talented architect with a deep understanding of BSS (Business Support Systems) domain Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can showcase your expertise and drive transformative change If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a BSS Domain Architect.Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, development, and implementation of BSS solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.- Create architectural blueprints, roadmaps, and technical documentation to guide the development and integration of BSS systems.- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating their potential impact on the BSS domain and making recommendations for adoption.- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing any issues that may impact the successful delivery of BSS projects.- Apply your experience in Customer Profile Management and Case Management domains to enhance BSS solutions.Qualifications- Bachelor #39;s or Master #39;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Proven experience as an architect working in the BSS domain, with a strong understanding of telecom business processes.- Expertise in designing and implementing BSS solutions, including CRM, billing, order management, and provisioning systems.- Proficiency in system integration, data modeling, and architecture frameworks.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.- Certifications in relevant technologies and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, TM Forum) are highly desirable.#EmployeeReferralProgramAdequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.Additional Information:Position Type: ManagementJob Status: Regular - Full TimeJob Location: Canada : British Columbia : Vancouver || Canada : Alberta : Calgary || Canada : Ontario : Mississauga || Canada : Ontario : Toronto || Canada : Quebec : MontrealFlexible work profile: MobileApplication Deadline: 01/31/2024Please apply directly online to be considered for this role.
