  • Proactively seek new business opportunities to expand AGAT Laboratories’ market presence.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of sales prospects to improve market position.
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, addressing client needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Design and execute account-specific sales and marketing strategies to support revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with customer objectives.
  • Manage relationships with assigned accounts while generating new business opportunities aligned with company goals.
  • Promote AGAT Laboratories’ customer-centric approach to build long-lasting partnerships.
  • Develop and implement annual territory and business plans to achieve budgeted sales objectives.
  • Utilize insights and analytics to prepare business reviews and identify growth opportunities.
  • Represent AGAT Laboratories at industry workshops, tradeshows, and professional associations.
  • Stay informed on market trends, technological advancements, and competitive activities.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities to identify market opportunities.
  • Leverage insights to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as reporting, documentation, and account updates, as required.
What you bring to the table:
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/education.
  • Proven customer service experience with a team-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and Hubspot.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and professional phone manner.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
