Job description:Overview:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for customer service, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting relationships.Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and follow up on potential sales opportunities.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product or service recommendations.
  • Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records of communications.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with current promotions and campaigns.
  • Participate in business development initiatives to expand market reach and identify new opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in inside sales is preferred, specially in Windowsamp; Doors Industry.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 is a plus.
  • Knowledge of market trends and business development strategies is advantageous.
  • Bilingual candidates fluent in Punjabi/Hindi are highly desirable but not required.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential.
