This role involves identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and nurturing relationships to drive revenue growth.Reporting The Business Sales Development Specialist reports directly to the Director of Sales.Core Competencies

Dutiesamp; Responsibilities
  • Present, promote and sell products and services to current and prospective customers.
  • Prepare, draft, and refine action plans, schedules, proposals, and presentations to identify specific targets and to establish contacts.
  • Send out accurate quotes in a timely and professional manner to prospective clients, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Negotiate and renew customer contract agreements and look for ways to promote expansion of existing business.
  • Prepares variety of status reports, including activities, closings, and follow-ups; reports on special developments, information, or market research to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize approaches for engaging prospect and closing deals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospects through ongoing communication and follow-up.
  • Consult with clients after sales to resolve problems and provide ongoing support.
  • Maintain accounts with monthly review of contacts and sales volume targets.
  • Act as liaison to other business units for completion of day-to-day administrative and operational issues; oversees account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
  • Stay updated on Avmax product knowledge and industry trends for identifying new market segments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor #39;s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related program(s) is considered an asset.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Fundamental aircraft knowledge is considered an asset.
  • Experience with Quantum or relevant ERP system is preferred.
Experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a business development and/or sale position.
  • Aviation experience is an asset.
