Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist with a strong focus on turning and turn-mill operations, using Fanuc Control. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality components, meeting, or exceeding production schedules.Key Responsibilities:

  • Programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality components according to customer specifications and drawings.
  • Performing complex machining operations, including turning and turn-mill operations, using Fanuc Control.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to CNC machining processes to ensure quality and production targets are met.
  • Measuring and inspecting finished products using precision measuring instruments and equipment to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
  • Maintaining equipment and tools in good working condition and performing routine maintenance activities as required.
  • Always adhering to safety regulations and company policies and procedures.
RequirementsQualifications:
  • Trade Certificate or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC machining.
  • Experience in programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines, with a strong focus on turning and turn-mill operations using Fanuc Control.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and equipment, such as micrometers, height gauges, and bore gauges.
  • Knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and cutting parameters.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
