Job Description

Job DescriptionAs a Recruitment Specialist at FLINT, you will take the lead in attracting top-tier corporate talent across departments such as Finance, Marketing, Environment, and Operations. In this full-time, in-office position, you will design and execute innovative recruitment strategies and play a key role in strengthening FLINT’s reputation as an employer of choice. This is a 6-month temporary opportunity ideal for a hands-on professional who can move quickly, deliver results, and thrive in a competitive talent market.What would you be doing

  • Create compelling job postings and proactively source potential candidates utilizing various channels/methods, headhunting, job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate skills, and experience.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening and conducting interviews, facilitating background checks and offer stage process ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders including hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies to fill these roles.
  • Participate in job fairs, campus recruiting events, and other recruitment initiatives and build a strong talent network.
