We are currently looking to add a Customer Service Representative to our talented team to ensure the continued success of our client. As a Customer Service Representative at UW Calgary, our collaborative team environment will allow the right candidate to unleash their creativity. Our team is driven by our passion for what we do, ensuring that each individual understands their role in achieving the desired targets.Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing client accounts with various customer bases across the Calgary area
  • Provide superior customer service to customers and clients
  • Demonstrate sales expertise by adding new customers while also nurturing strong relationships with existing clients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, understand their needs and provide them with personally tailored solutions
  • Provide comprehensive and accurate product information to customers
  • Identify and address customer concerns
  • Collaborate and support the sales and management teams in developing strategies for business development
  • Must be dedicated to cultivating a team environment that encourages and rewards honesty, professionalism, respect and inclusion
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a sales, customer service, retail or hospitality environment
  • Timely and dependable; You possess a reputation as always being on time and prepared
  • Confidence in your ability to overcome challenges and achieve personal and professional goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and conduct
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where creativity, proactivity, and teamwork are essential
