We are seeking like-minded, dynamic, focused, and creative individuals to join our growing team as we expand our workforce in our Calgary headquarters.Cadeon Inc. is seeking a Senior Microsoft Developer with a strong focus on the Power Platform to support the design, development, and delivery of modern, scalable solutions across a diverse client portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Microsoft Developer, you will leverage your expertise in the Power Platform to design and implement business-critical solutions. You will engage directly with clients, provide strategic guidance, and deliver high-impact applications using Microsoft technologies. Your responsibilities will include:

• Power Platform Development: Build end-to-end solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.

• Power Pages: Design and configure secure, external-facing portals for client interactions and self-service capabilities.

• Power BIamp; Analytics: Develop visually compelling dashboards and integrated data models using Power BI to drive actionable insights.

• SQLamp; Data Integration: Write performant SQL scripts for data transformation, modeling, and reporting across Dataverse and external sources.

• Scriptingamp; Automation: Extend platform functionality with JavaScript, TypeScript, PowerShell, or Python to automate complex business processes.

• API Integrationamp; Security: Implement RESTful API integrations and custom connectors while ensuring robust security and governance practices.

• Microsoft Fabric: Utilize Fabric for enhanced data connectivity, governance, and AI-driven analytics.

• Solution Deploymentamp; Support: Execute code deployments, manage releases, and troubleshoot issues across environments.

• Architectureamp; Design: Guide architectural decisions that align with Microsoft #39;s best practices and scalability principles.

• Client Engagement: Deliver workshops, webinars, and demos to educate and influence client stakeholders and technical audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft development, including hands-on solution design with the Power Platform.

• Advanced proficiency in:

• Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)

• Power Automate

• Power Pages

• Power BI (including DAX and M/Power Query)

• Strong experience with SQL and scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, PowerShell, Python).

• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and unified analytics.

• Working knowledge of:

• Azure services, Dataverse, and Microsoft Graph

• Data migration, integration, and legacy system modernization

• API development and custom connector creation

• Experience with application lifecycle management (ALM), solution packaging, and code deployment in Power Platform.

• Understanding of enterprise governance, compliance, and security in Microsoft environments.

• Experience with related technologies such as .NET, C#, SSRS, R, XML, JSON, etc.
