If you are seeking a challenging and dynamic environment where you can learn more about inventory control, this could be a fantastic opportunity for you.Position: Data Entry Clerk (Full-Time)Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PMSalary: $17.50/hrLocation: 572 Aero Dr NE #165, Calgary, AB T2E 8P6What You’ll Be Doing: As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in transforming the way Canadians eat each week. Under the guidance of the Operations Supervisor and Inventoryamp; Receiving team, your responsibilities will include:Responsibilities:

  • Record all inventory changes daily and report data to supervisor.
  • Extract information about transactions and purchase orders in the ERP system.
  • Analyze Inventory data to detect variances and report to supervisor.
  • Ensure receipt of Open purchase orders daily in the ERP system.
  • Daily data entry and inventory counts.
  • Other Inventory functions as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 6+ months of experience in a warehouse setting preferred.
  • Strong English written and oral communication skills.
  • Well-developed attention to detail skills.
  • Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience entering data in large volumes accurately and expediently.
  • Ability to take direction/coaching and put it into action.
  • Ability and experience to count inventory without errors.
  • Song communication skills and accountability for executed work.
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Experience in and preference for working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Willingness to sit at a desk and enter data in a cold workplace (0 to +4 degrees).
  • Strong work ethic and professional attitude.
