We believe in enabling artists to scale the creation of unique content and are constantly pushing the boundaries of what #39;s possible with technology.The IndividualWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Design Coordinator / Operations to join our growing content team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for design, excellent coordination skills, and a passion for streamlining creative workflows. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency of our design pipeline, managing freelancers, updating project files, and maintaining our asset library.   • Oversee the wiring of design assets, ensuring seamless integration into content pipelines.
  • Maintain and update content to keep assets fresh and on-brand.
  • Offer design feedback when necessary to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Create detailed briefs for freelancers, outlining project expectations and deliverables.
  • Organize, manage, and update the asset library, ensuring accessibility and version control.
  • Assist in our QA process, ensuring outputs are accurate and high quality
  • Document workflows, guidelines, and best practices to optimize design processes.
  • Ensure all assets meet technical specifications and align with creative objectives.
You Should Have:
  • A strong eye for design, with a general understanding of composition, layout, and branding.
  • Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects is a plus).
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and manage creative workflows.
  • Experience in freelancer management, providing guidance and feedback on deliverables.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media design trends.
Bonus Points For:
  • Experience with video editing, motion graphics, or animation.
  • Background in the music industry or a strong interest in music-related content.
Familiarity with content management systems and workflow automation tools.
