Job Description

About the Job:Job Summary:Car Detailer plays a key role in vehicle repair process by ensuring that every vehicle is thoroughly cleaned, documented and quality-checked before and after repairs. This role include performing detailedcleaning, taking clear pre-and post repair photos of the vehicle, uploading them into the shop management system and capturing video documentation of vehicle condition and damages. The goal is to ensure vehicles are returned to customers in pristine condition and all steps in the repair and detailing process are fully documented. Duties:

  • Wash and dry exterior of vehicles using proper equipment and materials
  • Capture clear, high-quality photos of each vehiclebefore and after repair (pre and post scans), including taking video footage to document condition / existing damages
  • Vacuum and clean vehicle interiors, including carpets, upholstery, dashboards, windows and trim.
  • Apply wax, polish, and protective coatings to vehicle surfaces
  • Use cleaning, buffing and polishing tools appropriately and safely
  • Inspect finished vehicles to ensure all detailing tasks meet quality standards
  • Move and park vehicles, deliver vehicles to correct locations, or pick owners or drivers up if needed.
  • Maintaining supplies inventory by checking stock; anticipating needs; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipts.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment by adhering to work standards and practices.
Qualifications:
  • One (1) year experience in detailing.
  • Valid Driver #39;s License.
  • Clean Driver #39;s Abstract.
  • Attention to detail with excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Willingness to comply with all company policies and uphold standards for service quality.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
