We #39;re strongly focused on someone who can help us transform FP amp;A and corporate planning within Neo through process creation, improvement, and people development. You will work hand in hand with co-founders and other financial leaders, owning Neo #39;s corporate planning process, ensuring our key strategic priorities are reflected in our financial forecasts.In this role, you can shape the future of banking in Canada. You will play a central leadership role in setting the direction of the company and tracking progress against our plans. You will work with the management team to develop and track execution against our corporate plan to ensure that the company attains its short and long-term growth objectives.What you’ll be doing:

• Lead Neo #39;s management team through corporate planning and reporting processes to develop and execute plans to ensure that the company attains its short and long-term growth objectives
• Provide strategic oversight to the deployment of capital, driving optimal return on investments to drive growth
• Manage Neo #39;s overall FP amp;A processes including monthly reporting and reforecasting of results
• Coach and develop junior and intermediate resources within Neo #39;s finance team
• Work closely with other leaders across the finance department in accounting, corporate finance, and FP amp;A to build Neo #39;s people, processes, data, and tools into a world-class finance department

Who we are looking for:

• A business leader with strong experience building and scaling a business
• Entrepreneurial DNA - comfortable building a business from the ground up, making decisions in the face of ambiguity (but make data-driven decisions when possible) and dealing with major challenges along the way with poise
• Strategic thinker with a strong ‘business sense’
• Excellent EQ - managing relationships with a large external network of partners, as well as building and managing an internal team
• A minimum of 10 years of extensive senior leadership experience in leading and developing finance functions at a fast-growing organization, preferably within the tech space
• Extensive knowledge of and experience with FP amp;A, accounting, and capital management
• Excellent communication skills; ability to develop concise summaries of complex analyses and data appropriate for various levels of consumption ranging from board members to team members across the company
• Disciplined process manager with an obsession for attention to detail
