We know it starts with people like you, so take a chance and start with us.Department: Sustainability, Relationshipsamp; ImpactJob Number: REQ7433Location: Edmonton or Calgary (This is a hybrid role that will require some travel to our Edmonton or Calgary offices)Apply by: April 21, 2024Paygrade: N - OTH# Positions available: 1System Job Title: Strategy Analyst 9Leader Name: Managing Director, ESG IntegrationWork Arrangement: Hybrid: You’ll work both remote and onsite, where time onsite is based on your job accountabilities and performance objectives.As ATB’s next Director, Sustainability Reporting, you will provide analysis, support and management of Environmental, Social,amp; Governance (ESG) reporting initiatives to ensure alignment with relevant disclosure frameworks and ATB’s ESG commitments and overall purpose driven approach to delivering sustainable impact.Please note that this position is an individual contributor role, with no direct reports.Responsibilities

• Oversees execution of Dataamp; Disclosure Roadmap, including working with relevant teams across enterprise to identify specific data and qualitative reporting measures that are in line with the overall long-term enterprise strategy
• Collaborates closely with leadership, data, and finance to ensure data is accurately reflected and gaps are identified and addressed where appropriate
• Identifies trends and risks relative to overarching data and disclosure and assess impact to ATB and disclosure path
• Captures key decisions and planning for subsequent fiscal years; may include future capital and operating investment decisions as well as broader future planning to further inform disclosure decisions
• Serves as a core ESG information and resource conduit across teams, working with partners across the enterprise to execute, validate, review, and ensure we are advancing the roadmap
• Leads the creation, management and execution of the annual Sustainability Report, supports in other quarterly business reports
• Work closely with leadership and relevant working groups or Committees within ATB to ensure alignment and support for ESG initiatives and the proposed disclosure approach, including leading the Dataamp; Disclosure working group.
• Engage with relevant stakeholders both internally and externally to ATB. This could include clients, employees, regulators, community groups and leading in ATB’s involvement of formal comment periods associated with specific sustainability reporting standards or frameworks.
• Identify and assess potential risks and opportunities associated with ESG factors working in conjunction with the Risk team. This may involve conducting risk assessments, implementing risk management protocols, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the progress of ESG initiatives at both an internal and external level. This involves staying informed about best practices, industry trends, and emerging issues in the ESG space, and incorporating this knowledge into ongoing strategy development and disclosure requirements.
