Mandatory Job Requirements

• Full time access to a vehicle
• Minimum of a non-GDL drivers license

Earning ExpectationsYour earnings are based on how quickly you pick up the skill of painting, which is a learning process that frequently turns out to be a lot easier than anticipated for our new hires. 90% of our first-year student painters (even those with little to no previous experience) are painting at a near professional level in two weeks due to our intensive hands-on training and encouraging one-on-one coaching. Our top painters usually make $23-$25 per hour; the average hourly rate across all painters is $20 per hour.A great work ethic and attention to detail will go a long way in making for a successful summer, being promoted, and increasing your wage quickly.Average expected earnings for a painter are $9,000 from May to August, although some of our best team members have made $12,000+ by utilizing all of our training resources, improving themselves quickly, taking initiative, and stepping into team leadership roles. At the start of your employment you will have a meeting with the company owner to determine how much you want to make this summer, and create a plan to give you enough hours to get there.Powered by JazzHR
