As we expand across Alberta, we’re hiring Entry-Level Sales Associates to connect TELUS’s cutting-edge products and services with customers across Calgary.This is a full-time, field-based sales role — ideal for those who enjoy building relationships, working independently, and being rewarded for results.Your Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in Direct Sales: Conduct door-to-door outreach, initiating meaningful conversations and presenting TELUS services.
  • Deliver Value-Driven Pitches: Confidently educate customers on TELUS’s offerings, identifying solutions based on their needs.
  • Generate and Convert Leads: Build your sales funnel through consistent prospecting and effective follow-up.
  • Manage Full Sales Cycle: Own the process from the first point of contact to closing the deal.
  • Hit and Exceed Targets: Work towards clearly defined performance goals with unlimited earning potential.
  • Build Trust: Create positive customer experiences that lead to referrals and long-term loyalty.
What We’re Looking For
  • Enthusiastic communicators with strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated and target-oriented individuals
  • Organized and capable of working independently
  • Previous customer service or sales experience is an asset, but not required
  • Availability for full-time hours, Monday to Friday (11 AM – 8 PM)
