The HR Manager will drive the development of HR strategies, policies, and procedures while managing HR programs, budgets, and compliance with Canadian legislation. The HR Manager will play a vital role in organizational leadership, employee relations, workforce development, and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) across all company levels. This role also requires strong knowledge of payroll processes, year-end reporting, and employer remittances, including WCB (Workers #39; Compensation Board), EHT (Employer Health Tax), and HET (Health and Education Tax).
