An ever-evolving point of view, joy in self-expression, and quality are central to our contemporary philosophy.The ability to speak Mandarin is a preferred asset.The ideal candidate possesses a passion for the fashion industry while driving business with an entrepreneurial mindset and you will be responsible for:RESPONSIBILITIESSales GenerationMeet minimum sales requirements based on store volumeProvide exemplary client experience by executing OAK+FORT Sales CultureDrive sales through OAK+FORT eCommerce purchases and social media platforms, including but not limited to WeChat and other social media platformsBuild client relationships through client follow-upBe a brand ambassador by keeping up with new arrivals, product knowledge, and wearing current merchandiseProvide industry knowledge through awareness of products and prices in the marketMaximize sales during special events and customer servicesProcess cash desk operations with engagement, efficiency, and accuracyBulk PurchasesProvide exemplary service to bulk purchase clientsBuild client relationships through client follow-up, ensuring the clients is aware of new product arrivals and promotionsDevelop and build clientele basis for new bulk purchase clientsCultivate and strengthen relationships with current bulk purchase clientsCoordinate with necessary stakeholders to ensure inventory is available for requested bulk purchasesEnsure all operational procedures are executed accordingly and provide feedback on process enhancementsStaff DevelopmentBuild our team by welcoming and supporting onboarding of new employeesBuild and maintain relationships with store team, peers, and relevant partnersStore FunctionalityEnsure the right quantity of stock is in the right place at the right timeMaintain proper presentation of merchandise in accordance to corporate directivesEfficiently and accurately support with shipping and receiving of merchandisePerform inventory counts upon corporate office direction as neededParticipate in stock room organizationSupport cleanliness and maintenance of physical store to create a safe and comfortable shopping experienceAdhere to loss prevention policies to prevent external and internal theftREQUIREMENTSExceptional verbal and written communications skills in Mandarin and/or CantoneseStrong fashion and styling sense with the ability to incorporate new fashion trendsAble to work well as part of a team in a dynamic environmentKnowledge in the Chinese social media platform landscape is essential, i.e. WeChat. You stay up to date on the latest trends, love editing images and videos using various apps on your phone, enjoy curating a cohesive feed using a scheduling app, and strive to engage and build your social media following.
