Join Our Team at Pro Grace Dentistry!Are you passionate about dental care and maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace Pro Grace Dentistry is looking for a Sterilization Technician or Level 1 Dental Assistant to join our team and help us deliver exceptional patient care!About the Role:As a Sterilization Technician/Level 1 Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and efficiency in our dental clinic. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to supporting a positive patient experience.Responsibilities:

  • Sterilize and disinfect instruments, equipment, and operatories according to infection control protocols.
  • Assist with setting up and breaking down treatment rooms for procedures.
  • Manage and maintain sterilization logs and records.
  • Assist with inventory and ordering of sterilization and cleaning supplies.
  • Provide occasional chairside assistance during basic procedures (for Level 1 Dental Assistants).
  • Ensure all workspaces are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
