  • Use brand guidelines to push the creative outcomes on projects and build on our brands external visuals
  • Assist with the development of strategic communications and content plans
  • Write and edit content for multiple external and internal communication channels, including websites, emails, social media, print materials, reports, and others as needed.
  • Support the execution of internal townhalls, conferences, and corporate events
  • Research and identify opportunities for external events and sponsorships - including content planning, vendor coordination, speaker management, and on-brand execution of invites and assets
  • Work with our internal partners to plan and support the execution of external events that promote the Chandos brand
  • Coordinate and support the execution of other marketing and communications tactics as needed
This is a full-time 14 month contract position. While there is no guarantee, there is the potential for this role to become permanent in the future, depending on organizational needs and performance. We’re looking for someone who can grow with us and who’s excited about the impact this role can make in the meantime.
