Job Description

Service delivery is focused in five main technology solution verticals: Systems Delivery, Enterprise Information Management, Mobile Solutions, Training and Managed Services; with industry expertise in Energy, Utilities, Government, Financial Services and the Public Sector.ARC Business Solutions Inc. is currently seeking individuals with experience as a Project Manager for immediate opportunities. ROLE:Microsoft Cloud Project Manager The successful candidates must possess demonstrated experience in the following areas:MANDATORY:Experience:

  • Project Management of a migration to Microsoft Cloud based tools on Azure
    • Including a migration of Exchange on premise to Exchange cloud
    • Integration of on premise and cloud based Microsoft software
    • Rollout of office 365
  • Project Management of an upgrade of Windows 10 to Windows 11
  • Project Management of Windows Server (multiple versions) to Windows Server 2012
  • Bachelor #39;s or technical degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certification or training in project management
  • Certification or training in service management and ITIL
Skills:
  • Proven experience in managing IT projects
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent documentation and technical writing skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
Canadian Citizen or US Citizen or US Work permit with an expiration at least 2 years in the future.Must be able to travel at least 1 week out of every month.Degree designations (e.g., Bachelor of Science, Computing Science, Engineering), from recognized universities is a desirable criteria in our selection process.We offer a competitive salary, profit sharing, share options and a comprehensive benefits package.
