Job DescriptionSia Western Canada is looking to grow the Calgary team. NOTE: You must be local to Calgary and surrounding area – and be willing to work in a hybrid environment with a combo of remote and on client site. **For this opportunity, you must be legally eligible to work in Canada, holding either Permanent Residency or full Citizenship status.We are not able to cover relocation expenses at this time. ROLE OVERVIEW:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Organizational Change Management Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and implementing successful change management initiatives within complex organizations. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence and drive change at all levels of an organization.Change Management Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges.
  • Develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans to support organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  • Develop and execute communication plans to effectively convey the vision, goals, and progress of change initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and meetings to gather input and feedback from stakeholders.
Implementation and Execution:
  • Lead the execution on change management plans, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
  • Develop training and development programs to equip employees with the skills needed to adapt to change.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
Performance Measurement and Continuous Improvement:
  • Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to sustain change and drive continuous improvement.
Leadership and Mentoring:
  • Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in change management and share knowledge with the team.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops for internal teams and clients to enhance change management capabilities.
  • Create customized training materials and resources to address specific organizational needs and ensure successful knowledge transfer.
