Job Description

We are seeking skilled Panel Assemblers to join our Calgary client for a full-time position, which has the potential to go permanent. • Fabricate, assemble, and install electrical and mechanical components.
• Able to operate and work with switchgear equipment.
• Follow all applicable design drawings, regulatory codes, and best practices.
• Verify project materials against specifications to ensure correct parts and products before installation.
• Communicate any quality concerns with supervisors in a timely manner.
• Keep personal workspace clean and tidy.
• Assist with testing, inspection, and documentation as requested.

Requirements:

• Previous experience is required in assembly and electrical wiring, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Post-secondary education in electrical work would be an asset.
• Competent with hand tools and power tools.
• Experience with wiring and soldering is preferred.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong communication in English.
• Team player works well with multiple departments and clients.

About the position:

• Full-time hours, on a 4-day schedule, 10-hour shifts on a day shift.
• On-site parking.
• Extended health care, dental, and other benefits once become permanent.
