As one of Western Canada’s most respected auto body organizations, we are currently looking for a Parts Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Position Overview:As a Parts Coordinator, you will be responsible for ordering, receiving, inspecting, and distributing parts for vehicle repairs. Your accuracy and organization will directly contribute to repair cycle time, customer satisfaction, and shop efficiency. What You’ll Do:

  • Order parts as per repair estimates and ensure timely delivery.
  • Verify parts accuracy and quality upon arrival.
  • Organize and label incoming parts for technician use.
  • Coordinate return of incorrect or unused parts.
  • Communicate with suppliers, estimators, and technicians regularly.
  • Maintain inventory and ensure appropriate stock levels.
  • Track parts status and update repair orders accordingly.
  • Support production team with parts-related inquiries.
What You Bring:
  • Previous experience in parts coordination or automotive parts department (collision repair industry preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of vehicle makes/models and parts terminology.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency with parts systems (e.g., Mitchell, Audatex) is an asset.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
