Erection and quality control: collaborate with site teams to plan erection methods, and ensure all on-site work adheres to Canam’s high safety and quality standards.
Problem solving: proactively identify and resolve project challenges, developing contingency plans to ensure project continuity.
Documentation and reporting: maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports and change orders, and report project status to senior management.
Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with estimation and sales teams during the pre-construction phase and support them with technical insights.
