Position Summary:We are looking for a seasoned SAP Security Specialist to join our client #39;s Enterprise Security team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing SAP security activities, supporting both existing systems and new implementations.Key Responsibilities:Administer and provide support for SAP security functionalities, managing user and role administration tasks. Develop and execute security strategies across all SAP systems. Handle SAP security projects and daily access requests, incidents, and work orders efficiently. Collaborate with SAP functional teams to ensure smooth code transport to production environments. Coordinate project plans, ensuring timely task delivery. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members. Design, document, and implement SAP security processes aligned with security standards and threat assessments. Assist in training efforts for the team and business units. Take a proactive approach to communication and collaboration to ensure comprehensive task completion. Document SAP security processes, standards, and guidelines. Contribute to the organization #39;s information security strategy and execution. Participate in after-hours on-call support rotation. Ensure security changes adhere to approved policies, standards, and practices. Maintain compliance with relevant controls and frameworks. Stay updated on industry and SAP security best practices. Keep abreast of emerging technology trends and regulations to support business needs. Undertake various other responsibilities as necessary.Qualifications:Hold a university degree or equivalent in an IT-related field. Possess at least 7 years of experience in SAP security design, analysis, configuration, compliance, and implementation. Have a strong grasp of SAP security fundamentals, including authorization concepts, role-based access controls, and user administration. Able to resolve Segregation of Duties (SOD) conflicts. Exhibit a deep understanding of SAP HR functional requirements and their interaction with SAP security. Familiarity with SAP ECC 6.0, NetWeaver Gateway (Fiori), and GRC 12 environments. Proficient in creating technical documentation.
