Hybrid work schedule - please note that this position can also be filled in any of our offices across CanadaDefining and implementing our corporate brand narrative and marketing communications (MarCom) strategies both on - and offline in the Canadian market would be a great challenge for you Working with a broad range of people, including both direct and indirect teams of designers, writers, marketers, event specialists, digital practitioners and supporting agencies resonate with you You are naturally and positively influencing stakeholders around you Here is what we have to offer !You will be focusing on :Brand and advertisingDefine and lead the brand strategy (visual identity, narrative and tone of voice) and embed its application consistently across the businessResearch and develop the brand media strategy placement plans for the firmManage the firm #39;s media agency relationship to identify strategic goals relating to communication, including positioning and creative development. Establish branding guidelines and ensure implementation throughout the firmDevelop thequot;client experience quot; for all external client interactions for the Canadian firm, particularly in digital marketing, events, webinars and our websiteLead brand integration in the event of any alliance relationships, integrations or co-branded initiativesDeliver, embed and improve systems used in the business to efficiently deliver cost-effective, brand consistent, high-quality marketing communications As the Canadian brand lead, is a collaborative and active member of the global brand teamDigital strategyWork closely with Director, Digital to ensure strategic content on the Canadian website and in social mediaWith both the Digital and Marketing teams, develop and deliver high-impact, cost-efficient digital vehicles, including the firm #39;s website, intranet, and social media channels Provide digital marketing and content amplification recommendations across Clientsamp; Markets and in the various practices. Implement content amplification campaignsAnalyze and provide reporting and insights for all digital campaigns for ongoing optimization in order to enhance current and future marketing initiativesOversee the cross-functional team and vendors responsible for the delivery on all key brand projects Ensure digital is embedded in all marketing campaigns and activities where appropriateCore marketing Work with leaders to support the development and implementation of campaign plans for the Canadian market to strategically promote Norton Rose Fulbright #39;s market priorities. TWork collaboratively with Corporate Communications, to support the delivery of internal and external communications plans and their related activitiesOversee the Alumni Relations Manager role responsible for defining and implementing an alumni programEssentially, lead an in-house agency responsible for content creation (editorial team), creatively conceptualizing and coordinating all production for the Canadian firm #39;s assets (video, audio, still photography, desktop design, etc.)Responsible for creating and managing an editorial calendar for all in-market activities ensuring our message and content is reaching our target at the right time in the right way, thereby defining ourquot;client experience quot; Manage our merchandising program, BoutiqueWhat you bring to the role:10+ years of relevant experience in a corporate environment.
