You #39;ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team of international experts, supporting the safe, sustainable, and innovative development of mine waste infrastructure.Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support detailed TSF design, including embankment, liner, and water management systems
• Conduct geotechnical assessments, stability modelling, and risk evaluations
• Prepare high-quality technical reports and design documentation
• Collaborate with clients, regulatory authorities, and internal technical teams
• Provide mentorship and knowledge sharing within the regional engineering team
• Travel periodically to project sites across Central Asia

What We #39;re Looking For

• Degree in Geotechnical, Civil, or Mining Engineering (MSc/PhD is a plus)
• 8+ years of experience in tailings engineering with a strong focus on design
• Familiarity with international standards (GISTM, CDA, ANCOLD, etc.)
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills
• Previous international experience or cultural adaptability is advantageous
• A collaborative mindset and openness to mentoring and inclusion
