Responsibilities Role Summary: Our Calgary Branch is currently recruiting for a Service Coordinator to support all aspects of the administration of the Fire Service department. Key Job Responsibilities: Debrief/close fire alarm inspections Scheduling of PMA’s, Deficiencies,amp; Service calls Manage scheduling within a company program Coordinate with multiple parties; such as subcontractors Ability to work with minimal supervision/self-motivated and desire to work on a winning team Manage all in-coming service calls and emails from internalamp; external customers Liaise with Sales personnel Review fire alarm reports and ensure customer receive reports on a timely basis Other duties as assigned by the supervisor ex. support for administrative staff on vacation as needed Occasional overtime work as required by the branch to meet business objectives Qualifications Qualifications: Post-Secondary education in Office Administration or a related discipline preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong customer service and interpersonal skills Highly organized and able to work under pressure with meeting timelines and detail oriented Flexibility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment More about the position and the type of candidate required: Excellent presentation and time management skills Self-motivator with a positive outlook Strong interpersonal skills and effective at building relationships - with both internal and external stakeholders Adaptable to changing environments What We Offer Our offerings include Competitive compensation and benefit package Leadership development opportunities for all employees via our Building Great Leaders® courses or Leader Labs.
