Job Description

ROLE DESCRIPTION:The Solutions Architect at ReVisionz is pivotal in crafting robust solution architectures within our Asset Information Management program, particularly focusing on AVEVA AIM solutions. Collaborating closely with the Program Architecture Team and Project Execution Teams, this role ensures the development of resilient solution designs that align with enterprise benchmarks and strategic objectives. From inception to execution, the Solutions Architect remains deeply involved in all project phases, driving the realization of our vision for innovative asset management solutions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Take charge of and steer the solution portfolio.
  • Advocate and propel forward-thinking design strategies.
  • Use systematic methods to frame solutions, aiding their conversion into executable projects.
  • Design, monitor, and enhance architectural outlines, key landmarks, and expected outcomes.
  • Present proposed architecture to the client #39;s Enterprise Architecture team to seek input.
  • Provide specialized knowledge in Engineering Asset Management and Asset Information Management.
  • Confirm alignment of solutions with the Asset Information Management (AIM) model and company-wide tactics.
  • Integrate solution design and implementation strategies with external project linkages.
  • Clearly convey solutions, benefits, potential pitfalls, and other pertinent details to key decision-makers.
  • Identify and manage potential risks to ensure the smooth realization of solutions.
  • Assist in defining the long-term vision of AIM, setting tangible goals, and carving a strategic route.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in the Oil and Gas sector or related industry with proficiency in Owner Operator (OO) Asset Management, including Operations, Maintenanceamp; Reliability, and Major Capital Projects.
  • Minimum of 5 years #39; experience in developing solution architectures, particularly in defining Asset Architecture solutions and leading application integration projects.
  • Familiarity with TOGAF, PMI, and Agile methodologies, especially SCRUM, for effective project execution.
  • Hands-on experience with AVEVA AIM
  • A broad understanding of enterprise applications like SAP PM, IBM Maximo, or Infor/Hexagon EAM
  • Understanding of Content Management Platforms such as OpenText, Meridian or Aconex.
  • Knowledge of contemporary middleware solutions and prevalent RDBMS systems like Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.
  • Independent and proactive problem-solving approach with strong communication skills, essential for collaborating in both structured and dynamic environments.
  • Successful completion of a related degree or certification.
