About the Role:As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by working closely with Account Managers to design and deliver technical solutions. You will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their requirements, and providing expert technical support, including structural calculations and project quotations. Additionally, you will collaborate with third-party engineering firms and assist in product research and development. This role is ideal for a self-motivated and detail-oriented engineer with a passion for renewable energy and a strong technical mindset.Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve assigned revenue targets in collaboration with the Account Manager.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs, develop solutions, and execute action plans.
  • Provide technical support, solution design (including structural calculations), and project quotations.
  • Manage third-party engineering firms and oversee product certification processes.
  • Assist in product research, development, and release in coordination with the HQ team.
  • Deliver solution presentations, product marketing content, and case studies.
  • Stay updated on industry standards, local regulations, and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM system and internal portals.
  • Continuously enhance professional skills and technical expertise.
Qualificationsamp; Skills:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience (preferably in solar renewable energy).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and professional presentation abilities.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, project coordination, and reporting.
  • Logical problem-solving skills and a strong understanding of solution design principles.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
