Who You Are:As the Timecard Associate/Reception, you will provide support to the Service Center Team with processing time company wide and other related activities as needed. This is a full-time position that will be working 5 days a week in office.Here’s what we offer you:

    • 1+ years related work experience
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
    • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and with confidence is essential
    • Technically inclined with strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Expert organizational skills and ability to multitask
    • Self-directed, able to set priorities and meet deadlines
    • High degree of competence, reliability, and judgment demonstrated in all aspects of work

    Duties:
    • Daily audit of all time, labour, and equipment
    • Assists in data entry, processing, and management of third party, progress and labour tickets,
    • Assists in training employees and contractors on how to use time portal, acting as a resource, and providing technical assistance when required
    • Monitors accuracy and timeliness 100% accurate data throughout the workflow
    • Liaise with Human Resources, Payroll, and Project Control departments on employee records to reflect true data in time portal
    • Follow up with employees and contractors on a daily basis on time capture, providing assistance when required
    • Communicates with managers, supervisors, regarding employee and contractor time capture data
    • Creates weekly reports
    • Manage new hires, record changes and terminations within Vista ViewPoint
    • Administer Group Benefits (Canada Life, Health Spending Accountamp; Manulife)
    • Supports the Service Center Coordinator and acts as substitute in his/her absence
