Unleash your potential and join Busy Bees North America!What will you be doingAs a Training Specialist Your Responsibilities Include

  • Use L amp;D strategy to design, develop, review and update eLearning modules, micro-learning, videos, courses, webinars through virtual and in-person delivery
  • Overseeing training completion and reporting on LMS
  • Facilitating engaging virtual and in-person training sessions, utilizing various instructional strategies.
  • Facilitate weekly employee orientation
  • Identify and assess training needs within the organization
  • Assisting with the development of training programs and initiatives
  • Assisting new developments with onboarding
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education, Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 3+ years demonstrated experience in Training and Development, Coaching and Mentoring
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to all levels of the organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, preferred in Adobe, Articulate, Canva
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel
  • Valid passport with ability to travel within Canada and USA
