Job Description

Job DescriptionAs a Turnaround Manager, you will leverage your 3+ years of experience managing industrial turnaround projects to ensure the safe and efficient execution of maintenance activities. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive turnaround plans, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets while collaborating closely with the Area Manager for strategic support.What would you be doing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive turnaround strategies, including timelines, work scopes, and resource allocation that align with the project #39;s goals and meet deadlines.
  • Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams during the execution of turnaround activities and coordinate efforts between contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and successful project outcomes.
  • Oversee the financial aspects of the turnaround, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to ensure that turnarounds are completed within budget while maintaining a focus on efficiency and minimizing downtime.
  • Enforce compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements to ensure the safety of all personnel involved.
  • Track the progress of the turnaround and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders and adjust plans as necessary to address unforeseen challenges, ensuring that the project stays on track and meets its objectives.
