We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Engineering based in Wellington, New Zealand, to lead our internal engineering team and drive innovation in our organization.   • Lead and manage the engineering team to achieve strategic goals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering activities with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and suppliers.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the engineering team.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor #39;s or master #39;s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role in engineering, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to drive innovation and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment.
