Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Champion LEAN and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and profitability.
• Drive strategic planning to support long-term growth and operational excellence.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team across Production, Engineering, Materials, and Planning.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations.

RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or a related field.
• Proven expertise in LEAN manufacturing, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Strong strategic and financial acumen with experience managing budgets and KPIs.
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of industry standards (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001) and quality systems is a plus.
