Director of Installations - Calgary, ABOur client is dedicated to delivering world-class audio-visual projects across Western Canada, consistently exceeding client expectations with purpose-built solutions. They foster a creative atmosphere where the team is empowered to produce some of the best work in the industry.Position Overview: Our client is seeking a Director of Audio Visual Installation to join their team. The successful candidate will lead, mentor, and manage the installation team while serving on the senior leadership team.Ideal Candidate:

RequirementsQualifications:
  • 10 years of proven experience managing people in the audio-visual industry.
  • Strong project management background.
  • Professional experience in audio-visual integration is preferred.
  • Experience managing a highly skilled technical workforce.
  • Leadership team experience is an asset.
  • Experience in an EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) organization is an asset.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate in a fast-paced, team-driven executive role.
  • Facilitate weekly level 10 meetings and participate in leadership team meetings (weekly, quarterly, and annually).
  • Manage the installation workforce—conduct performance reviews, negotiate compensation, coordinate staffing levels, and oversee employee development.
  • Oversee the project management team responsible for regional project schedules and installations.
  • Provide technical assistance on advanced projects (as needed).
  • Solve issues, remove roadblocks, and ensure the success of the installation team.
  • Report on installation team metrics.
  • Manage the installation team budget.
