Job Description

Position: Business Development Representative - Legal Location: Hamilton, London, Cambridge, Canada Status: Full Time, PermanentQualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing, real estate law practices, title insurance, and related procedures.
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience, with at least 3 years in business development, insurance sales, or legal real estate.
  • Excellent relationship building, customer service, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Valid driver #39;s license with a reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel as needed.
Overview:
  • Identify and engage potential subscribers through law firm visits, networking, events, and referrals while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Achieve sales targets by developing strategic plans, maximizing key opportunities, and providing training on company products.
  • Offer ongoing support, service, and problem resolution to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Develop expertise in title insurance and legal real estate transactions to align sales strategies with market needs
