Job Summary:Webster Farms, located in Cambridge NS is looking to add a full time Operator to our team. This position is full time from approximately April-November with partial layoff from December-March. This Operator will primarily work at our berry cooler, unloading, labeling, stacking, wrapping and rotating pallets of berries for daily pick up.Key Responsibilities:· Operate appropriate machinery (forklift, pallet jack)· Receive and unload pallets and product· Tag and label product in accordance with food safety requirements· Wrap and prepare pallets for shipping· Perform general labor duties as required· Ensure a safe and clean workspace· May be also responsible for recording inventoryEducation/Work Experience:· Driver’s license is required· Must be 16 years of age or older· Basic forklift experience· Certification course will be providedSkills:· Must be a team player· Commitment to working together to get the job done· Physically capable to be mobile and active for the duration of a work day· Commitment to arrive punctually and reliablyJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $15.00-$17.00 per hourBenefits:
