Job Description

Project Coordinator - ERP Project Implementation ( Manufacturing)Mafna Air Technologies Inc. out of Cambridge, Canada, is one of the leaders in providing custom Air Handling Solutions and HVAC Equipment to it #39;s vast client base across the US, Canada, and overseas. Over the past 20 years, Mafna has provided solutions to a number of industries and Government Agencies including Fortune 500 Companies.Join the dynamic team of one of the leading Custom Built Central Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturers.Experienceamp; Qualifications in Assisting or Exposure in:Your role will include Implementation, project management, customer training, business analysis, solution design, gap analysis, software configuration, testing, training, and support following going live.Day to day duties and responsibilities:

  • Work with the Senior teams to ensure that project is delivered to plan and budget.
  • Setting and managing expectations throughout the full project lifecycle.
  • Acting as the first point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Developing training materials and training the staff in the use of the configured solution.
  • Analysing business requirements and risks and reporting to the senior team.
  • Identifying and documenting change requests.
  • Configuring software to meet the required solution design.
  • Supporting the client in testing the system prior to going live.
  • Providing ongoing support following go-live.
  • Implementing ERP solutions.
  • Execution of ERP project and deliver the desired outcomes in an effective and professional manner.
  • Install and maintain enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions.
  • Determine ERP needs, design customized ERP solutions, and integrate ERP.
  • technologies with existing systems.
  • Design and implement overall Implementation strategies. Develop and update Part nos and part descriptions and workflows.
Skills:
  • Ideally the successful candidate will have experience in implementing an enterprise software solution similar to complex enterprise-level software.
  • You should possess at least SOME of the following;
  • Project management skills AND/OR customer training skills.
  • Understanding of software delivery processes and methodologies.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate and build consensus with both internal and client staff.
  • Flexible and able to work effectively across all levels.
  • College-level diploma or equivalent qualification in an IT, business, general discipline.
  • Implementation exposure / experience for enterprise / financial management / ERP / MRP / Accounting software or similar is advantageous.
  • Project management Experience.
  • Knowledge and understanding of ERP modules in Engineer to Order Manufacturing Environment.
  • Detail-oriented, with accurate data entry skills.
  • Self-directed and team-oriented, with proficient organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be committed to multi-disciplinary teamwork and demonstrate an ability to work through collaboration, joint decision making, and integrated strategies.
  • Proficient organizational skills, and ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
  • Experience, skill, or aptitude in a manufacturing environment.
  • Effective communications skills, both verbal and written, and strong customer service skills, with proven ability to deal with the public in a similar setting.
