Job Description

If you hold high the value of family spirit, and strive to push the envelope with great customer service, you just might belong on our team.Duties and Responsibilities:As a Condominium Property Manager you will be responsible for the relationship management with our clients, handle day-to-day operational, maintenance, administrative, and financial management. Responsibilities of this position may include, but are not limited to:

  • Prioritizing and conducting the business as generated in a timely manner.
  • Managing projects, emergencies, contracts and contractors as generated in a timely manner.
  • Creating meeting agendas, conducting meetings (some evening meetings required), and following up with accurate minutes.
  • Administering financial matters, including budgeting, analyzing expenses, and reviewing and coding invoices.
Requirements• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing and with individuals at all levels of the organization.• A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including conflict resolution, and people management skills.• Computer literacy, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel and e-mail• Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with applicable departments, contractors and key business partners.• Ability to follow through and complete overlapping projects..• Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills.• Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.• High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts.• Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures.• Meet all annual industry licensing requirements with the CMRAO• A current and valid driver’s license and a vehicle is required.We thank all applicants in advance; however, only those candidates chosen for an interview will be contacted.
