Princess Auto is a Canadian based multi-channel retailer. We operate 50 Retail Stores from coast to coast and support our stores through 3 distribution centres.Our strength is in our people. We all work together towards a common goal: to make Princess Auto a great place to work an shop.Overview of the PositionAs a Sales Team Member at Princess Auto, you will help create a fun, safe and unique shopping experience for our customers while working on the sales floor. We call it Royal Service. You will typically spend your day engaging customers in conversation and responding to their questions about our merchandise in person and over the phone. Your goal is to help them find products and solutions for their everyday problems, which turn their ideas into reality. You will also help with merchandising products and keeping the store tidy.To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Genuinely care about our customers’ shopping experience
  • Have the desire and ability to learn about our products and apply that knowledge to improve our customers’ experience
  • Handle customer interactions with diplomacy and tact
  • Take initiative and work well with minimal supervision
