This is a remote position.We are a forward-thinking Canadian cybersecurity company focused on building the world’s first AI-powered Software Supply Chain Firewall. As a Senior Software Developer, you’ll join our Product team to architect scalable solutions, design secure developer tooling, and build integrations with open-source ecosystems.This is your chance to contribute to meaningful security innovation while working remotely with a mission-driven team. Responsibilities:

• Design and develop a CLI-based Firewall tool optimized for developer experience.
• Architect and implement cloud infrastructure components using AWS.
• Contribute to and maintain open-source developer tools.
• Create scalable systems for high-throughput supply chain scanning.
• Drive security-focused architectural decisions.
• Build and integrate systems between CLI and backend services.
• Collaborate with open-source contributors and developers.
• Continuously improve developer tooling and documentation.

RequirementsRequirements:

• Strong Python skills, especially in CLI tools and systems programming.
• Knowledge of at least one other language (preferably JVM-based).
• Proficiency in AWS services and cloud architecture.
• Open-source contributions or maintenance experience.
• Experience with developer workflows, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Understanding of security principles and secure systems design.
• Ability to translate complex technical specs into scalable software.
• Excellent communication and async collaboration skills.

Bonus Points For:

• Deep knowledge of build tools and package managers.
• Familiarity with container tech like Docker/Kubernetes.
• Understanding of the global software supply chain security ecosystem.
