Reporting to the Partner - Talent & Human Resources, the incumbent will participate in the implementation of various talent acquisition initiatives as well as various HR components, quality customer service, functional excellence and process improvementYour role
  • Participate in the full staffing cycle (job posting, phone interviews, screening, interviewing, reference taking, confirmation or rejection) for production positions
  • Ensure that the process of welcoming and integrating new employees is done properly
  • Participate in the development and updating of policies, employee handbook and human resources management procedures
  • Coordinate written communications with employees and the entire organization
  • Plan and organize social activities
  • Coordinate internal and external training and apply for grants as needed
  • Support the Partner - Talent & HR in all activities related to human resources
  • Produce various statistical reports and performance indicators (KPI)
  • All other related tasks
Your profile
  • Professional degree or AEC in office technology or administration or relevant experience
  • 1 to 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Bilingualism (English and French, both written and spoken)
  • Very good knowledge of the Office suite
  • Very good knowledge of computers and the use of social media

  • Ability to manage multiple files and requests simultaneously
  • Good judgment, discretion and autonomy
