Your challenge!Reporting to the Director Demand Planning and Supply, and in close collaboration with the various sales and marketing teams and Cascades key customers, the Demand Planner’s mission is to implement sales forecasting processes by identifying changes in market conditions and analyzing their impact on forecasts. You manage demand and ensure the accuracy of the associated key performance indicators. You support the production planning process (Sand OP), coordinate sales forecasts with plant production to optimize the supply chain, and develop innovative forecasting processes to develop production.
