Job Description

Your challenge is here!**Temporary position of 12 months**Reporting to the Senior Financial Analyst for the Cascades Tissue Group head office, located in Candiac, the Accounting Technician will be part of a team of 6 people responsible for customer deductions. The person will be responsible for processing claims related to pricing contracts. The person will work in collaboration with the sales team and the customers.Your responsabilitiesThe Finance Technician :

  • Analyze and process customer deductions related to customer contracts
  • Validate customer prices and contracts in SAP
  • Responsible for the application of transactions in SAP
  • Validate unapplied deductions for volume discounts and promotions;
  • Work closely with the shared service to process unapplied deductions;
  • Work closely with the sales team.
Your baggage and your strengthsThe Finance Technician :
  • Functional bilingualism (French and English) - written and spoken;
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft software, particularly Excel;
  • Be detail-oriented, organized and thorough;
  • Demonstrate an excellent sense of autonomy and a great speed of execution;
  • Be dynamic, show initiative and resourceful;
  • Excellent ability to handle several files at once and good management of priorities.
