Job Description

Toromont Cat is looking for a Warehouse Clerk to join our team. This is a permanent position on the day shift. Your objective will be to actively participate in the support of the warehouse operations through various responsibilities.As a Warehouse Clerk, YOU will experience:

In a typical day, YOU will:
  • Pick up products to assemble orders for various customers, while meeting established productivity standards
  • Proceed with the loading and unloading of trucks
  • Perform general sanitation tasks
  • Verify the return of parts
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene standards and safe work practices
  • Participate in team meetings
  • Perform all tasks required by the position or by the manager
  • Receive merchandise
  • Preparation of inventory orders
  • Ensure the verification and accuracy of orders
  • Carry out the daily cycle accounts
Must-haves for this role:
  • High school diploma or in the process of completing a high school diploma (DES) and 1 to 2 years experience in a warehouse environment
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work with computer systems
  • Strongly motivated to meet and exceed work objectives
  • Accuracy in work, punctuality, autonomy and initiative
  • Demonstrate flexibility and ability to learn multiple tasks
  • Ability to lift loads up to 50 lbs
